Wholeness and Depth
This session will teach the Realization Process practices for attuning to fundamental consciousness by inhabiting the internal space of the body, and for accessing a subtle channel in the innermost vertical core of our torso, neck and head. These practices can help us feel more alive within our body. They can contribute to healing anxiety and depression. They cultivate sensory and emotional resilience, grounding, self-possession and self-acceptance.

The Qualities of Being
When we embody fundamental consciousness, we uncover inherent (unconstructed) qualities within our body, such as love, power, intelligence and sexuality. Since we constrict these aspects of ourselves through the medium of the fascia in reaction to traumatic events in our early lives, the recovery of our ability to experience them is integral to personal and relational healing. This session will teach practices for uncovering these qualities and reclaiming the depth and fluidity of our responsiveness to the world around us.
