Dr Thaddeus Birchard

US born Dr Thaddeus Birchard is an Anglican Priest who worked for many years in parishes in Plymouth, South End and London. Afterwards he retrained in Psychology, earning a PhD in The Psychotherapeutic Treatment of Sexual Addiction, in which he has since specialized.

He runs a weekly treatment program for men with compulsive sexual behavior from the Marylebone center in London. He also works with individual clients and sometimes couples. The center takes self referrals and outcome studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the treatment.

He has recently published three books on sexual addiction, all published by Routledge and endorses the Therapeutic Training for Sexual and Porn Addiction run by the Laurel center.
