
Dr Adrian Harris
Dr Adrian Harris is a psychotherapist and embodiment theorizt with over twenty years of meditation practice. His PhD explored embodied knowing and his MSc (counseling & Psychotherapy) researched psychotherapy in nature. He subsequently trained in Experiential Focusing.
After working at several London organizations, including facilitating mindfulness workshops at Cassiobury Court rehab clinic, he set up his private practice in Exeter (www.adrianharris.org).
Adrian is a member of the British Association for counseling & Psychotherapy, Psychotherapists and counselors for Social Responsibility and The Focusing Institute. His therapeutic practice takes account of Ecotherapy, Person Centered, Existential and Psychodynamic approaches.
He has written several book chapters and published in Self & Society: An International Journal for humaniztic Psychology, Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapies, and The European Journal of Ecopsychology.
