Martin Weegmann

Martin is a clinical psychologist and group analyst, working in the NHS and independent practice in London. He has specialized in substance misuse, personality disorders and complex needs, his earliest publications including the influential Psychodynamics of Addiction (2002, Wiley) and Group Psychotherapy and Addiction (2004, Wiley). Martin contributed to group analysis with, The World within the Group: Developing Theory for Group Analysis (Karnac, 2014) and Permission to Narrate: Explorations in Group Analysis, psychoanalyzis & Culture (Karnac 2016). Keenly interested in the ‘literary mind’ and writing, his latest edited book is Psychodynamics of Writing (Routledge, 2018).
