Heather Redington

Heather Redington is an Integrative Psychotherapist, now in private practice after a career in a CAMHS as a family therapist. She has trained extensively in a variety of energy psychology modalities and is a teacher of Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT). She now teaches on the Converging Streams courses in Energy Psychotherapy run by the Energy Psychotherapy Network. As a teacher of Heart Rhythm Meditation, Heather is interested in the convergence of psychotherapy and contemporary spirituality. She is a trustee and volunteer at The harbor Project, a drop-in center for refugees and asylum seekers in Swindon.
